We work with trusted third-party vendors for cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications, and payment processing. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Signature Square uses location data to verify delivery authentication events. Specifically:

Driver location is captured at the time of QR scan or delivery confirmation
Location data is used to validate that deliveries occurred at the correct address
You can control location permissions through your device settings; however, disabling location may limit core functionality
We do not track your continuous location outside of active delivery events

5. Camera and Media Access

The Signature Square app requests camera access to:

Scan QR codes for delivery authorization
Capture photo proof-of-delivery images

Photos taken through the app are stored securely and linked to the relevant delivery record. They are accessible to the recipient, the logistics provider, and authorized Signature Square personnel for dispute resolution.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Specific retention periods:

Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years after closure
Delivery records and authentication logs: Retained for 3 years for dispute resolution
Photo proof-of-delivery: Retained for 1 year from delivery date
Support communications: Retained for 2 years

We take the security of your data seriously. Signature Square implements:
