Welcome to Signature Square. By downloading, installing, or using the Signature Square mobile application and website (signaturesquareapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signature Square’s platform, application, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Signature Square is a last-mile delivery authentication platform designed to modernize delivery authorization and eliminate inefficiencies for logistics providers, drivers, and recipients. Our Services include:

QR-based delivery authorization and authentication

Secure unattended delivery confirmation

Driver and courier mobile application tools

Logistics operations dashboard for businesses

Real-time delivery tracking and notifications

Photo and signature-based proof-of-delivery features

Integration tools for logistics and e-commerce platforms

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@signaturesquare.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

Signature Square offers different account types including Individual Users (recipients), Delivery Drivers/Couriers, Small Business accounts, and Enterprise/Large Operations accounts. Features and access levels vary by account type.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Signature Square solely for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Services to facilitate fraudulent deliveries or misrepresent package contents

Impersonate another person, driver, or business entity

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our application or authentication systems

Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform without prior written consent

Share your QR authorization codes with unauthorized individuals

Use the platform in any manner that could disrupt, damage, or impair the Services

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

5. Delivery Authorization and QR Codes

The QR-based authorization system is a core security feature of Signature Square. You understand and agree that:

Each QR code is unique, time-sensitive, and linked to a specific delivery

You are responsible for safeguarding QR codes associated with your deliveries

Sharing or transferring QR authorization codes may result in account suspension

Signature Square is not liable for deliveries authorized by fraudulent use of your credentials

Failed or disputed authentications must be reported within 48 hours via the app or email

6. Driver and Courier Responsibilities

Drivers and couriers using Signature Square agree to:

Use the application only for legitimate delivery activities on behalf of authorized logistics providers
Accurately record delivery attempts, including photo evidence and authentication status
Not manipulate or falsify delivery records, QR scans, or proof-of-delivery data
Comply with all applicable traffic laws and delivery regulations in your jurisdiction
Report technical failures or authentication errors promptly through the app

7. Business and Enterprise Accounts

Businesses integrating Signature Square into their logistics operations agree to:

Ensure all drivers and staff using the platform comply with these Terms
Maintain accurate records of personnel authorized to use the Services
Not share API keys, integration credentials, or admin access with unauthorized parties
Notify Signature Square promptly of any suspected data breach or unauthorized access

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, logos, trademarks, and technology within the Signature Square platform are the exclusive property of Signature Square and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from Signature Square.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

Signature Square strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signature Square shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost packages, missed deliveries, unauthorized access, or business interruption.

9.3 Third-Party Services

Signature Square may integrate with third-party platforms (logistics systems, payment processors, mapping services). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services

10. Termination

Signature Square reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your use poses a security risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data retention following termination will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
